1. Product price

The price of the products sold on the website is presented in AMD, including all taxes, duties and other mandatory payments, except for the shipping fee.


2. Product warranty

Products purchased through the website are provided with a guarantee in accordance with the procedure established by MCS Caucasus LLC.


3. Order and Payment supports payment with cash and bank card. Your order is considered confirmed when our operator contacts you and informs about it.


4. Current law and jurisdiction

By accessing our website or using our website, you acknowledge that all issues related to visiting and using the website are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.


The purchased product is delivered to the Buyer, at a venue of the Buyer's choice in city of  Yerevan. Delivery-acceptance of the goods is verified by the delivery acceptance act signed by the buyer-courier. Prior to that, the buyer inspects the product for defects. If the inspection reveals defects, the Buyer may refuse the product and request a new one. Otherwise, the delivery-acceptance act shall indicate that the Buyer has received the purchased product unharmed, without defects. When delivering the goods, in order to identify the person receiving the goods mentioned in the delivery documents, the person receiving the goods may be required to present an identity document.


Product return and replacement


Proper quality product return and replacement

The buyer has the right to replace or return the product of proper quality in accordance with the relevant legislation of the Republic of Armenia.


Good quality product is replaced or returned if the product is not used, product appearance, factory packaging, consumer specifications, warranty stamps, product labels are unharmed, as well as the document certifying the fact of payment given to the consumer or other proof document, which proves the fact that it was acquired from "MCS Caucasec" LLC.


Expenses related to the return of the goods of good quality to the seller's location for the purpose of return or replacement are borne by the buyer. If the seller does not have the same product on the day of the buyer's contact with the seller, the buyer has the right to demand a refund of the amount paid for the product or, if the buyer wishes, to replace it with a similar product.


Improper quality product return and replacement


A buyer who has received an improper quality product has the right to demand that the substandard product be replaced with a substandard quality product or to have a refund paid.
